HYBRID: Must be able to work ONSITE 4 days a week.

Seeking to hire a seasoned Project Manager who has expertise in the Supply Chain Management area, preferably in the automotive/motorcycle service replacement parts, or other commodity products. The person should be experienced in managing and implementing SCM systems, with some mainframe interface knowledge. One of the projects that this candidate will work on is using the Blue Yonder system, but any other common SCM system experience will be fine (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc..). Since our client has coverage for WMS, they don't need experience in area, instead, they need PM to have a broader understanding of the entire supply chain processes, from both business and system perspectives.

Implementation of large-scale end-to-end supply chain system for automotive service parts or other consumer products, with integration into the Mainframe environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Parts Application Projects: Service parts procurement, order fulfillment, and WMS related projects. The initial project will be for the Supplier Collaboration project on the procurement side, related to EDI transactions for forecasting, purchase order,
and ASN (advanced shipment notice).
• Responsible for Project Planning, Executing, and Closing of projects, including defining the project, building its comprehensive work plan, and managing to the budget.
• Drive project progress while ensuring alignment with IT management.
• Provide status reporting to IT and business management.
• Provide requirements analysis, design documentation, and testing.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong understanding of the overall Supply Chain Mgmt processes, from both the business and systems
• Experience Project Managing IT, including budgets/cost, schedules, resources and mitigating Risk.
• Experience with Forecasting/ordering to the suppliers and order fulfillment, Inventory receiving, storage, and shipping (i.e. WMS), and Dealer/distributor ordering and fulfillment processes.
• Experience managing/implementing large-scale end-to-end Supply Chain Mgmt (SCM) systems (i.e. Blue Yonder, SAP or Oracle etc.) for Automotive Service parts OR other consumer products
• Experience with some Mainframe interface knowledge or integrating into a Mainframe environments.
• Experience with Agile, as they're transitioning from Waterfall to Agile.
• A willingness to perform business analysis tasks (requirements analysis, design documentation, testing) is required.
• Technical aptitude of multi-tier and cross-platform architectures across the enterprise.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines across the enterprise.
• Understanding of technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices.
• Effective communication skills. Strong leadership skills.• Strong presentation skills with experience with providing project updates with all levels of the organization.
• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:
• Knowledge of the EDI (electronic data interchange), MFT (managed file transfer) and ETL (extract translate load) processes are helpful
• Experience with WMS
• Certifications: Project Management PMP certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
• Worked with SCM applications, such as Blue Yonder
